About The Course

The Journey Within is a six-session guided experience that connects you to your intuitive guidance system. Through structured meditation and self-inquiry, you access clarity, calm, and confidence.

Each session builds on the previous one, moving you from reactive patterns to intentional responses. You learn to recognize your inner voice and trust it when making decisions or navigating difficult situations.

Available in-person in San Anselmo, California or virtually via video call.

How it works

Session 1-2

You identify the sources of fear, anxiety, and reactive behavior in your life. Through guided meditation, you locate where these patterns show up in your body and mind.

Session 3-4

You learn techniques to handle difficult emotions without suppression or avoidance. You practice staying present with discomfort and moving through it with awareness.

Session 5-6

You cultivate inner harmony and strengthen your connection to intuitive guidance. You develop skills to maintain this state outside of sessions and apply it to relationships and communication.

About me

I am a credentialed teacher,  Immersive Meditation and Breath Work coach. Drawing from my own personal journey of self-discovery and growth and from a deep understanding of human nature and complexities of life, I have realized that all of the answers I am looking for are within me, waiting to be discovered and answered. I am passionate about guiding individuals to be able to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, mindfulness, and a sense of inner peace by connecting you to your own inner still voice.

How long does the program take to complete?

Most people complete the six sessions over 6-8 weeks. Sessions can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly depending on your preference.

It is your internal sense of knowing what is right for you. This program teaches you to recognize and trust that inner voice when it speaks, rather than second-guessing yourself or relying only on external advice.

No prior experience is required. Each session includes guided meditation with instruction.

Emotional responses are normal when addressing fear and anxiety. Sessions provide a safe space to process these feelings. You receive guidance on how to move through difficult emotions without becoming overwhelmed.
