Duration: One session per week for six weeks
This is a six-week course that helps you get clear on life changes you want to make professionally or personally. Through guided meditation and structured inquiry, you identify what blocks you mentally and emotionally from making those changes.
The course combines meditation practice with focused reflection on your specific situation. You uncover patterns of thinking and emotional responses that keep you stuck, and develop the clarity and courage to move forward.

You define the change you want to make and identify what has prevented you from making it. Through meditation and self-inquiry, you examine the fears, beliefs, and emotions connected to this change.
You explore the mental and emotional patterns that maintain the status quo. You learn to recognize when these patterns activate and practice observing them without being controlled by them.
You develop a clear path forward based on what you have uncovered. You build courage to take action by addressing the specific fears and doubts that have held you back.

You do not need prior meditation experience. The course is designed for beginners and those who have tried meditation but found it difficult to continue without support.
I am a credentialed teacher, Immersive Meditation and Breath Work coach. Drawing from my own personal journey of self-discovery and growth and from a deep understanding of human nature and complexities of life, I have realized that all of the answers I am looking for are within me, waiting to be discovered and answered. I am passionate about guiding individuals to be able to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, mindfulness, and a sense of inner peace by connecting you to your own inner still voice.
Each session is approximately 1.5 – 2 hours.
You can reschedule sessions as needed. The course moves at your pace.
You receive practices and reflection exercises to do between sessions. These help you apply what you learn and deepen your clarity throughout the week.

Sessions provide a supportive space to process what comes up. If deeper therapeutic work is needed, referrals to mental health professionals can be provided.

Karin's 20 session program was just what I needed to get acquainted with meditation. I have never had any training on what meditation was all about. I have a spiritual program that I work that suggests prayer and meditation, so I wanted to see how I can meditate. I know there are lots of different teachings on meditation, and Karin’s is just one of many. What I liked about the way she teaches and taught me was that it's not complicated.
