A weekly empowerment circle for teen girls ages 11-18 to build emotional resilience, confidence, and mindfulness through meditation and guided exercises. Teens connect with peers, learn to manage stress, and develop inner strength in a supportive group environment.
Each 60-minute session includes meditation practice, discussion of monthly themes, and exercises to develop emotional skills. The circle provides a space for girls to express themselves, share experiences, and learn from each other.
Available in-person in San Anselmo, California or virtually via video call.
Sessions meet weekly for one hour. Each month focuses on a specific theme such as setting boundaries, releasing devaluing messages, or building problem-solving skills.
Sessions include guided meditation, group discussion, and practical exercises. Girls learn meditation techniques, explore the monthly theme, and practice applying these skills to situations in their lives.
The group size allows for connection while maintaining a safe space for sharing. Girls are encouraged to participate at their comfort level.

I am a credentialed teacher, Immersive Meditation and Breath Work coach. Drawing from my own personal journey of self-discovery and growth and from a deep understanding of human nature and complexities of life, I have realized that all of the answers I am looking for are within me, waiting to be discovered and answered. I am passionate about guiding individuals to be able to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, mindfulness, and a sense of inner peace by connecting you to your own inner still voice.

Yes. New members can join at any time. The monthly themes build skills but do not require previous attendance.
Participation happens at each girl’s comfort level. Girls are not required to share personal information. The focus is on learning skills and connecting with peers, not on forced vulnerability.
No. The circle is for teens only to create a peer space. Parents receive updates on themes and skills being taught but do not attend sessions.
Girls learn breath-focused meditation, body awareness, and visualization techniques. The methods are practical and accessible for teens with no prior experience.
The monthly subscription provides access to four weekly sessions per month. You can cancel at any time with notice before the next billing cycle.
No. This is a skill-building and peer support group. It teaches meditation and emotional resilience tools. It is not a replacement for therapy or mental health treatment.
Attendance is encouraged but flexible. If a session is missed, she can return the following week. Skills build over time but each session stands alone.

Karin's 20 session program was just what I needed to get acquainted with meditation. I have never had any training on what meditation was all about. I have a spiritual program that I work that suggests prayer and meditation, so I wanted to see how I can meditate. I know there are lots of different teachings on meditation, and Karin’s is just one of many. What I liked about the way she teaches and taught me was that it's not complicated. The total beginner I was was able to understand her teachings. It was something that I looked forward to 3 days a week. Karin is very patient and was able to guide me through different meditations. She supported me by sending meditations of her own that I could wake up to in the mornings. Her voice is so calming and helped me to start my day off right, clearing away any negative thoughts or energy. I would highly recommend that if you're new to meditation to give her program a shot.
