I am a credentialed teacher, Immersive Meditation and Breath Work coach. Drawing from my own personal journey of self-discovery and growth and from a deep understanding of human nature and complexities of life, I have realized that all of the answers I am looking for are within me, waiting to be discovered and answered. I am passionate about guiding individuals to be able to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, mindfulness, and a sense of inner peace by connecting you to your own inner still voice.

Karin's 20 session program was just what I needed to get acquainted with meditation. I have never had any training on what meditation was all about. I have a spiritual program that I work that suggests prayer and meditation, so I wanted to see how I can meditate. I know there are lots of different teachings on meditation, and Karin’s is just one of many. What I liked about the way she teaches and taught me was that it's not complicated. The total beginner I was was able to understand her teachings. It was something that I looked forward to 3 days a week. Karin is very patient and was able to guide me through different meditations. She supported me by sending meditations of her own that I could wake up to in the mornings. Her voice is so calming and helped me to start my day off right, clearing away any negative thoughts or energy. I would highly recommend that if you're new to meditation to give her program a shot. Karin has helped me immensely with my struggles. I have some problems with my close family and also with a boyfriend. She has helped me to slow down and take some deep breaths.
