About The Course

This is a six-week course that helps you get clear on life changes you want to make professionally or personally. Through guided meditation and structured inquiry, you identify what blocks you mentally and emotionally from making those changes.

The course combines meditation practice with focused reflection on your specific situation. You uncover patterns of thinking and emotional responses that keep you stuck, and develop the clarity and courage to move forward.

Available in-person in San Anselmo, California or virtually via video call.

How it works

Week 1-2

You define the change you want to make and identify what has prevented you from making it. Through meditation and self-inquiry, you examine the fears, beliefs, and emotions connected to this change.

Week 3-4

You explore the mental and emotional patterns that maintain the status quo. You learn to recognize when these patterns activate and practice observing them without being controlled by them.

Week 5-6

You develop a clear path forward based on what you have uncovered. You build courage to take action by addressing the specific fears and doubts that have held you back.

I am a credentialed teacher,  Immersive Meditation and Breath Work coach. What if I am not sure what change I want to make?

Each session is approximately 1.5 – 2  hours.

You can reschedule sessions as needed. The course moves at your pace.

You receive practices and reflection exercises to do between sessions. These help you apply what you learn and deepen your clarity throughout the week.
