I am a credentialed teacher, a certified immersive meditation coach, and a trained breathwork guide — but the truth is, my real education didn’t come from classrooms, degrees, or an Ivy League path. My wisdom was carved through lived experience. I learned it in the quiet hours after heartbreak, in the ache of trauma, in the hollowed-out spaces that loss leaves behind. I learned it by sitting in solitude long enough to hear my higher self speak clearly, and by spending time with ancient elders who taught me how to listen with my whole being.
My path also led me into the raw, untouched nature of jungles, where time moved differently and where the earth itself felt alive in a way I had never experienced. It was there — guided by elders and through visions received in plant medicine ceremonies — that I began to see beyond the surface of life. These experiences opened something deep within me, expanding my understanding of who we truly are as human beings. I learned that beneath our wounds, our stories, and our patterns, there is a profound and unbreakable essence — a loving awareness waiting to be remembered.
Year after year, I continue to deepen my practice through meditation and mindfulness retreats, not to collect credentials, but to stay connected to the truth of who I am — and to the quiet, powerful medicine of presence.
My work is heart-centered because my life demanded it. I guide from intuition, from clarity, from the ability to see and hear a person far beyond the words they speak. When someone sits with me, I feel their inner world — the pain they carry, the story beneath the story, the soft place inside them that is ready to heal.
I don’t teach from books.
I teach from my own becoming.
And now, I am passionate about guiding others inward — to realize who they truly are, to awaken their own inner knowing, and to discover the love that has always lived within them.
I am here to help others come home to themselves, gently, bravely, and with love.
