Why circular breathing?

Circular breath-work has literally saved my life. This is why I am now certified to facilitate this powerful practice, helping people overcome their emotional obstacles. Unresolved trauma can keep us stuck and significantly impact our health. Additionally, it may lead us back into toxic relationships when dealing with codependency.

Experiencing “monkey mind” or feeling like we’re on a hamster wheel are other symptoms of trauma that can hold our well-being hostage, preventing us from finding our center, moving on, or starting anew. This breathing technique directly engages the sympathetic nervous system, allowing you to uproot trauma and debilitating emotions from their source, effectively releasing unwanted, painful feelings from the body once and for all. It could be one of the best gifts you ever give yourself. Trauma release breathing can have a tremendous impact, often resulting in healing faster than years of talk therapy after just one session.

Here are some of the benefits:

  • Opens the body to free up emotional blockages
  • Opens a pathway for true emotional healing from trauma and unwanted programming from childhood
  • Extremely powerful after just one session, most likely replacing years of therapy
  • Immensely improves sleep quality
  • Calms the nervous system and reduces anxiety levels long term
  • Increased oxygen circulation in the body resulting in tremendous health benefits
